American University purchased a campus license for Zoom in March of 2020. All active AU users can sign in at https://american.zoom.us with their AU credentials to create an account for free. Our enterprise license includes meetings with unlimited minutes, meeting attendance of up to 300 users, and the ability to record your meetings to the cloud. All Zoom cloud recordings will be automatically copied to our Kaltura MediaSpace platform, where they can be easily accessed through the Canvas or Blackboard Kaltura integration tools, or directly through the MediaSpace platform at https://mediaspace.american.edu. These recordings will never expire and will be automatically closed-captioned upon upload.
